Jennifer Chadwick has been supplying behavioral training for my adult handicapped daughter for several years, and I can’t say enough good things about her. Her experience and expertise are evident in how she handles the difficulties presented by my daughter’s limitations, and also by the gentle persuasiveness that seems to evoke cooperation from my daughter in stressful situations. She has taught my daughter to consciously practice patience and calmness in the face of her fears in public discourse and encounters. My daughter has gone from acting like a frightened caged animal in public to a confident young lady who can check out her own library items, pay for her own purchases at the store, and ask for extra favors from cashiers, for example, could you please put my books in a separate bag.
Jennifer has been easygoing, patient with changes in plan, creative in activities, and well-organized. In addition, she seems to love her profession, never complaining that it is too much work or too bothersome, doing all with a great sense of humor and purpose. I have had no interactions with others at Positive Pathways, but if they are all as good as Jennifer, this is a five-star agency.
